We Fight the Virus

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, Dragages Hong Kong has strictly enforced precautionary measures at all levels of the company. Daily temperature checks for all employees, providing face masks to all employees to wear in their workplaces, requiring all employees to fill in a health declaration form when resuming work, frequent disinfecting of all the workplaces, and providing hand sanitizers for our employees and guests to use any time, have all become standard practice

Safety Day

On 21 November 2019, all employees from Dragages Hong Kong and Bouygues Travaux Publics, as well as our clients and business partners, participated in the 2019 Bouygues Travaux Publics Safety Day. All Dragages employees downed their tools for half a day to reflect on our safety performance and give their feedback on the safety & risk management, also completed an anonymous questionnaire containing 119 questions on spot, in order to evaluate their real-life working environment, the application of safety measures in our projects and the company’s performance on reinforcing the safety culture in the company.

We Love Life

On 13 June 2017, Dragages joined the group-wise World Health & Safety Day.Virtually all construction sites set aside work for half a day so that employees and the personnel of partner companies – some 100,000 people in all – can be reminded of the Group’s health & safety priority and its drive to achieve “zero accidents”.

In line with our parent company’s initiative, Dragages Hong Kong held the event on the same day with staff from all our work sites and head office. Some 3,000 colleagues, from front-line workers to senior management, and our clients gathered at four locations to proclaim “We Love Life, We Protect It”.
